Expert Witness Services

We review all available records for the case – medical, accident, occupational and test results. We will also consult with you on the records that are needed or missing to help you with the case. Based on the Records Review, we will discuss all options and any inconsistencies.

Based on the outcomes and findings of the Records Review, we then draft an extensive Expert Report. We cover all aspects of the subject’s past and present medical and audiological histories, how they relate to the case, any contributory or non-contributory factors. We cite current research that supports the case, and will dispute what does not.

When appropriate, I meet virtually with the client to obtain a detailed case history, clarify reported symptoms, and assess the perceived impact of hearing loss or tinnitus on daily function. I utilize validated, gold-standard assessment tools—administered remotely—to help determine the severity and functional implications of the condition. This process complements the records review and provides contextually relevant information that supports the legal argument, whether for disability determination, causation analysis, or impairment claims
